Founded in 2001, Extendo is a company specialized in Training and Consulting Services. It is composed by professionals who share a passion for the study of human beings, their ability to expand their boundaries and produce added value for themselves and for the organization in which they operate. “Training” and “Coaching “means in our opinion to stimulate changes in people’s attitudes, so that they can behave in tune with their values and the system they are part of. “Consulting” means to help a company to move from its current state into the desired one which represents an objective and measurable improvement on several business fronts.
Our External Mission is to help individuals and organizations to "broaden their minds" and free their resources: in a nutshell, to give their best by releasing personal and professional potential, turning it into positive energy, effective behaviours and achievements. In this regard, our Inner Mission employs a team of different education and experience professionals, able to share their creativity and energy, to study and carry out, with more and more innovative methods, projects related to communication, consulting, training and marketing with a single goal: to promote the business development and encourage the improvement of people involved in the organization.
