Every change affects multiple levels of experience: context, behaviours, abilities, beliefs and values, identity, perspectives. This means that each level requires specific and dedicated actions. We use methodologies able to involve participants and make them protagonists of learning and change. In fact, the participants, under our guidance, are literally called “to act”, by experiencing a specific behaviour in order to achieve a certain result.
Our courses are:
• dynamic: the participants are engaged in exercises, simulations, role playing
• practical: we use actual situations, in particular those proposed by the participants, who are then strongly stimulated and involved.
• demanding: we set specific goals together with the participants and require specific commitments, which we keep monitored through experiential testings and training follow-up
• challenging: team works, subgroup works and individual works allow participants to interact and learn by "playing", thus stimulating the emotional component of learning.
